I collect information about you when you set up an account at www.silverhare.uk or place an order for products or services. I also collect information when you choose to contact me via my website, by email, Social Media or telephone. In addition I collect information when you choose to receive my newsletter and/or participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
How will I use the information about you?
I collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services I think may be of interest to you. I also use the information to send you my newsletter if you have requested this.
I use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to the SilverHare.
I may share your information with logistics providers, such as Royal Mail, but only to allow the processing and delivery of your order.
I will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside SilverHare.
In processing your order, I may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

I would like to send you information about products and services from SilverHare which may be of interest to you, but this will only be done if you have provided your consent through the newsletter sign-up form on the SilverHare website or my SilverHare Facebook page at www.facebook.com/Silverhare.uk or added your name to a SilverHare marketing list at an event.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to me at the address at the end of this policy. I may make a small charge for this service.
I try to keep all personal information up to date and accurate. However, if any of your information is inaccurate you can ask me to correct or remove it. There is no charge for this.
